Timeely provides a workforce analytics and time tracking platform that includes: - Time tracking and activity monitoring - Screenshot capture (when enabled by administrators) - Project and task management - Team management and reporting - Payroll integration features - Analytics and productivity insights We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. 12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: - Breach of these Terms - Request by law enforcement - Discontinuation of the Service - Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
